What happens to unused credits? ▼
Each month you are granted your plan’s AI credits. Unused credits stay on your account and add up. Each grant expires 90 days after it is issued. Credits are usage units, not cash, and are not refunded. The oldest credits are used first. If you cancel, no new credits are granted, and the credits already on your account stay usable until each grant’s own expiry date.
What is an AI credit? ▼
Usage is metered in AI credits derived from real model token usage (not a flat “per chat” guess). Typical message estimates on this page assume the Economy quality tier; higher tiers consume credits faster for richer models.
Can I change plans later? ▼
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. No penalties for changing plans.
Is there a free trial? ▼

Can customers call Bob on the phone? ▼
Yes. Call Bob is live as a paid telephone add-on for eligible Pro and Enterprise accounts. Add a dedicated Bob phone number, keep your existing business number, and forward calls to Bob. Bob answers through the same governed front-office intelligence as your chat widget. Usage-based voice billing applies where noted in checkout.
What happens if I exceed my included credits? ▼
You can upgrade your plan or buy credit packs. Overage rates are defined in the published pricebook and shown before you confirm payment.
