Bring store-aware conversations to WooCommerce
Your WordPress store has its own products, policies, and way of serving customers. Bob helps visitors navigate that information and, with the WooCommerce tools you enable, connects their questions to the store records your team authorizes.
Bob answers from the WordPress store and the WooCommerce order, then prepares the return or change your team approves.
Keep the storefront and the service conversation connected
A customer may need help choosing a variation, understanding a shipping policy, or following up on an order. Office 168/52 can combine approved website knowledge with a configured WooCommerce workflow. That gives Bob a clearer basis for answering and gives your team a better handoff when a request needs store access.
Workflows
Explain catalog options
Use permitted product and variation information to help shoppers understand what they are selecting.
Support order questions
Consult enabled order data for the authorized customer and explain the returned status in plain language.
Prepare store follow-up
Collect the reason for a return or change request and send it through the supported staff or order workflow.
Example workflow
Example workflow
A customer cannot tell which variation fits their need. Bob explains the approved product information and directs them to the right item. If the customer later asks about a purchase, the configured order workflow can retrieve the permitted record instead of relying on the public product page.
Illustrative example, not a live execution log.
Connection and setup
Add the website conversation surface and configure WooCommerce access separately. Select store permissions, identity checks, and supported follow-up actions.
How Bob turns a conversation into a useful next step
Bob starts with the customer's request and the business information you approve. When the workflow needs a current record, Bob retrieves it from the connected service. When the next step changes a record or sends a message, Bob follows the permissions and approval steps you configure. The customer gets a useful next response, and your team gets a clear handoff when a person needs to take over.
Questions
Is the WordPress widget enough for private order lookups?
No. A website widget and a store-data connection serve different purposes. Private order information requires an authorized WooCommerce workflow.
Will Bob change prices or inventory?
Those changes require separate supported actions and explicit business rules. They are not implied by adding customer-service conversations.
Who decides what Bob can change or send?
You choose the records Bob reads and the actions he takes. A reply, a record update, or an outbound message follows the approval step you set for that workflow. See the pricing page for plans. This page does not list prices.
