Sales and support

Help Freshdesk agents start with the facts they need

Support requests are easier to handle when someone has already asked the useful first questions. Bob collects the issue, relevant references, and customer expectations before the request enters your Freshdesk workflow.

Manage connections

Bob collects the issue and opens the Freshdesk ticket with the details the agent needs to respond.

Reduce the back-and-forth before support begins

Office 168/52 gives your front office a consistent way to gather information across routine service inquiries. Bob can answer questions covered by approved content and identify the cases that need an agent. An enabled Freshdesk connection can turn the remaining request into a structured ticket or update with enough context to begin work.

Workflows

Complete initial intake

Gather the product or service involved, the problem, and the relevant account or order reference.

Check an existing request

Look up authorized ticket information so a returning customer can receive an appropriate update.

Prepare the support handoff

Use supported ticket and note actions to preserve the description, category, and next task for the team.

Example workflow

Example workflow

A customer reports that a replacement part has not arrived. Bob captures the original request reference, checks the permitted support context, and prepares a Freshdesk update explaining what has changed. The agent can investigate the delay with the history already organized.

Illustrative example, not a live execution log.

Connection and setup

Configure the Freshdesk account and supported authentication path, then map ticket fields, routing choices, and review rules.

How Bob turns a conversation into a useful next step

Bob starts with the customer's request and the business information you approve. When the workflow needs a current record, Bob retrieves it from the connected service. When the next step changes a record or sends a message, Bob follows the permissions and approval steps you configure. The customer gets a useful next response, and your team gets a clear handoff when a person needs to take over.

Questions

Do customers need to know how Freshdesk works?

No. They can describe the problem in normal language. Bob’s job is to gather the details your support process needs.

Can Bob answer any ticket-status question?

Only after the requester is appropriately identified and the integration returns information approved for that audience. Internal notes should remain internal.

Who decides what Bob can change or send?

You choose the records Bob reads and the actions he takes. A reply, a record update, or an outbound message follows the approval step you set for that workflow. See the pricing page for plans. This page does not list prices.
