Email and scheduling

Put Microsoft Calendar behind a better scheduling conversation

Your team already plans its day in Microsoft 365. Bob helps customers and staff work through appointment requests using the calendar information and event actions you enable in Office 168/52.

Manage connections

Bob checks Microsoft 365 availability, coordinates the appointment, and keeps the customer informed when the time changes.

Keep meeting details connected to the request

A useful appointment contains more than a name and a time. Bob can gather the customer’s goal, required attendees, location, and preparation notes before the event reaches Microsoft Calendar. That helps the team understand why the meeting exists and what should be ready when it begins.

Workflows

Check a suitable time

Use permitted calendar and availability information to help identify a workable time for the relevant person or resource.

Build a useful appointment

Prepare event details and use an enabled creation action after the necessary confirmation, preserving the customer’s stated purpose.

Coordinate a requested change

Find the correct meeting and route or execute supported updates while respecting organizer rights and attendee notifications.

Example workflow

Example workflow

A prospective client asks to meet with your account team. Bob collects the subject, preferred times, and attendee details. The configured workflow checks the appropriate calendar and prepares an invitation with a concise briefing for the account owner.

Illustrative example, not a live execution log.

Connection and setup

Authorize the Microsoft account, select eligible calendars and resources, and establish the event permissions and confirmation process for Bob’s scheduling workflow.

How Bob turns a conversation into a useful next step

Bob starts with the customer's request and the business information you approve. When the workflow needs a current record, Bob retrieves it from the connected service. When the next step changes a record or sends a message, Bob follows the permissions and approval steps you configure. The customer gets a useful next response, and your team gets a clear handoff when a person needs to take over.

Questions

Will this work with Outlook Calendar?

Microsoft Calendar is the marketplace label used here for Microsoft 365 and Outlook calendar workflows through Microsoft Graph.

Can every appointment include a Teams meeting?

Online meeting creation depends on the account, calendar, provider settings, and enabled tools. Offer a Teams link only when the configured scheduling path actually creates one.

Who decides what Bob can change or send?

You choose the records Bob reads and the actions he takes. A reply, a record update, or an outbound message follows the approval step you set for that workflow. See the pricing page for plans. This page does not list prices.
